Questions about earning and receiving badges
I earned a top placement before, but I don't have a badge. Why's that?
Most badge categories were only back-dated through the start of 2021. The only exceptions to this were special awards and levels that are maintained. You’ll need to place again to unlcok those badges!
How often are badges updated?
Badges will be updated in most categories weekly. New users might see a delay of their initial badges until they have earned their level two to unlock the Newbie badge.
I'm missing badges I am eligible for. How can I fix that?
